The North Dakota Game and Fish Department has revoked all fishing tournaments for April and May due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is now scheduling limited Motor Vehicle large truck services by appointment only in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and the Governor’s emergency declaration. NDDOT has adjusted our services to support the continued movement of commerce and agricultural commodities which are critical to our state and nation.

Gov. Doug Burgum today announced a new pilot project to expand COVID-19 testing and improve contact tracing to slow the spread of the coronavirus in North Dakota.

The North Dakota Department of Human Services’ Child Support Division wants parents, employers and other partners to know that services continue to be available despite the COVID-19 pandemic. 

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic with funding from Congress included in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and support from the federal U.S. Department of Agriculture – Food and Nutrition Services (FNS), the North Dakota Department of Human Services will be issuing extra Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits for March and April to some SNAP households in the state.
