BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Health has compiled detailed information about a variety of flooding issues, including proper cleanup after a flood.
A number of topics are covered such as emergency health precautions, proper waste disposal and debris removal, mold in homes, asbestos hazards, proper well disinfection, indoor heating oil spills, private sewer and septic systems, underground storage tanks and sandbag cleanup.
